Bellville Garage Extension

Our client wanted to alter their existing garage floorspace by expanding the garage itself, this would would help accommodate an increase in the storage capabilities of the garage.

Work involved in the project:

Foundations, Flooring, walls and brickwork, plaster, roofing, insulation, ceiling, aluminium and glass work, paving, electrical, and all finishes (Painting etc).

Bothasig Ensuite Bathroom Renovation

Client wanted a new and improved ensuite bathroom to match their modern looking home, so we stripped all the bathrooms inners out and rebuilt it from the bottom up with sleek and clean finishes to give it the modern and textured effect.

The project required:

Flooring, plaster, aluminium and glass work, electrical, plumbing, and finishes (Tiling and Paint).

Bothasig Home Renovation

One of the more complete overhauls we have done, we redid the house completely from the pavement all the way through to the back boundary wall.

Adding a pool, braai area, patio, pizza oven, braai area and everything in-between, only by going through the pictures will the scale of work be revealed.

This project required:

Edgemead Lounge Extension

Borrowing space from a walkway that existed next to the garage, we extended the lounge by putting in new foundations, exterior walls, and a roof then bashing down the wall that divided the two rooms.

We finished the build with a whitewashed brick wall that gave a industrial look feature wall that gave the room a much more raw and modern feel.

This project required:
Foundation work, flooring, brick work and walls, plaster, roofing, insulation, ceiling, aluminium and glass work, elecectrical and finishing (Painting).

Bothasig Home Renovation

Client wanted a new ceiling, an entertainment area that had exposed trusses and a upgraded bathroom in their family home to give it a more open and modern feel.

This project required:

Flooring, roof, insulation, ceiling, plaster, electrical, plumbing, aluminium and glass work, and finishes (Painting and tiling).

Bothasig Home Renovation

Our client wanted to completely overhaul their dream home along with extending it's floorspace to make more room and give the house a more open feel to it.

We stripped out the entire home and demolished non-supportive walls to open up the space, after this we renovated the kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms to give the house a much more modern finish.

This project required:

Foundational work, flooring, external support walls, new roofing, new ceiling, insulation, plaster work, aluninium and glass work, electrical, plumbing and finishes (Tiling and painting).

Welgelegen Enclosed Braai Room Renovation

Our client wanted to extend his braai room to gear the space more towards a comfortable entertainment space.

The client wanted foldable aluminium glass doors installed which would allow a maximum amount light to enter the room, in order to facilitate this we installed a load baring eyebeam to support the roof and to attache the aluminiam and glass door to.

This project required:

Foundation work, flooring, external walls, roofing, ceiling, insulation, plastering, aluminium and glass work, electrical and finishes (Painting and tiling).

Edgemead Garage Extension

Our client had a garage that they wanted to extend outwards and to accomodate two vehicles.

 

We demolished the exterior wall of the existing garage and extended it out to the front gate. As the garage was going to be an extended garage (Two car spaces with one entrance), we reinforced the load baring wall with steel reinforcement which allowed the garage to have a clean neat finish with no load baring wall having to divide the garage into two.

This project required:

Foundation work, flooring, exterior walls to be erected, roofing, ceiling, insulation, aluminium and glass work, paving, electrical and finishes (Painting).

Richwood Aluminium and Glass Instalation

Client altered the layout of their bedroom to allow for a foldable aluminium entrance and a aluminium window frame, this allowed the room to be accessed via the pool area and moved the main light source towards the sunrise.

The project required:

Aluminium and glass work, plaster, and finishing (Painting).

West Beach Home Renovation

Complete home renovation in West Beach.

We stripped out all the interior finishes and demolished all non-necessary interior walls to allow for more of a open and free movement flow through the house, this also allowed for more floor space.

 

Along with this we renovated the bathrooms and walls to finish the home with a more modern appeal.

This project required:

Precast concrete, eyebeam work, flooring, exterior walls, plaster, aluminium and glass work, electrical, plumbing and finishes (tiling, painting etc).

Edgemead Ensuite Bathroom Renovation

Complete ensuite bathroom overhaul.

We stripped all internals of the existing bathroom, installed new plumbing points finished the bathroom with a modern touch.

 

This project required:

Flooring, plaster, aluminium and glass work, and finished the project with modern finishes (Tiling, painting etc).

Bothasig Garage to Flatlet Conversion

Converting the garage of a home into a flatlet.

To convert the garage into a flatlet we divided the space using dry walls for a cost effective build, installed insulation and covered the ceiling with Isopine boards for a neat finish. 

 

Along with the above mentioned work the project required:

Flooring, plaster, aluminium and glass work, electrical, plumbing and finishings (tiling, painting, counters etc).
 

Plattekloof Glen Home Renovation

A complete home renovation by stripping out the existing lounge, kitchen, bathroom, and upgrading the layout and finishes to give it a modern look and feel.

Flooring, plaster, aluminium and glass work, electrical and plumbing, along with finishing (Tiling, painting etc)

Edgemead Home Renovation

Client wanted to completely overhaul the home.

 

To extend floor space we demolished the separator walls, stripped the home's interiors, redid the outside patio, and made it an indoor braai and entertainment space. Lastly, we updated the finishes for the home to give it a modern finish.

Along with the interior of the house the client also requested we re-do all the external paving work, erect an external boundary wall and add an additional room to the home.

Client wanted to extend the home by expanding the homes entrance lounge, attaching a covered car port to the extension, and adding a outside patio / braai / entertainment area.

Richwood Bathroom Renovation

Upgrading the existing bathroom, we completely stripped out the old bathroom and closed off the existing plumbing features so we could re-structure the bathrooms layout and upgrade it to a more modern finish.

Bothasig Bathroom Renovation

Client wanted to upgrade their existing bathrooms, so we stripped the entire inners of the old bathroom and redid them from the bottom up.

Edgemead Home Renovation

Client wanted to completely overhaul the home which required us to completely strip the home's interiors, demolish interior walls to create more space, and renovate all finishings.

Glenwood Flatlet Renovation

The client wanted to add an extra room / flatlet to the home with the intent to sub-let the room.

As the flatlet was a complete new addition to the home we had to build it from the ground up.

 

This project required:
Foundations, flooring, exterior walls, roofing, plastering, insulation, ceiling, aluminium and glass works, pacing, electrical, plumbing, in-built cupboards and all finishings (tiling painting etc).

Bothasig Braai / Entertainment Area Renovation

Our client wanted us to extend his entertainment area to include a TV area, as well as an indoor braai that had exposed trussed to give the area more of a spacious appeal.

The project required:
Screed flooring, foundation work, new walls, new roof, plaster work, insulation, aluminium and glass work, paving, electrical, and final finishing (Tiling, counters, painting etc).

Edgemead Patio Renovation

A renovation done in Edgemead where a client wanted their outside patio covered.

 

To match the aesthetics of the home we added roof wooden roof beams and support structures, painted them black, added white ribbed plastic roof sheeting, andwhite gutters for water run off.

 

ultimately giving that final two-tone colour effect.
