ALTERATIONS PORTFOLIO

Bellville Garage Extension

Our client wanted to alter their existing garage floorspace by expanding the garage itself, this would would help accommodate an increase in the storage capabilities of the garage.

Work involved in the project:

Foundations, Flooring, walls and brickwork, plaster, roofing, insulation, ceiling, aluminium and glass work, paving, electrical, and all finishes (Painting etc).

Edgemead Isopine Ceiling Installment

Our client previously had a metal sheeting roof which proved as a unappealing aesthetic of the room when they used it to entertain their guests. To make the room more elegant and modern we added Isopine ceilings with dimmer lights to acquire a clean look.

This project required insulation, ceiling, electrical, and finishes (Painting).

Edgemead Lounge Extension

Our client wanted to alter the floor space of their living room by borrowing space from the walkway that existed between the garage and the room itself. We extended the lounge by putting in new foundations, exterior walls, and a roof before demolishing the wall that divided the two rooms.

We finished the build with a whitewashed brick wall that gave an industrial looking feature wall that gave the room a much more raw and modern feel.

This project required foundation work, flooring, brick work and walls, plaster, roofing, insulation, ceiling, aluminium and glass work, elecectrical and finishing (Painting).

Bothasig Living and Entertainment Room  Alteration

Our client wanted to upgrade the look and feel of their living and entertainment rooms. We made the entertainment room feel more spacious by installing an exposed truss ceiling and neatened the living room up with a Isopine ceiling upgrade.

This job required new flooring, roof, insulation, ceiling, plaster, electrical, plumbing, aluminium and glass work, and finishes (Painting and tiling).

Boston Skirt Maintenance

Our client felt that the exterior of their house had an unfinished and lacking status about it around the roof area due to it's overhanging roof that extended past the exterior walls. To fix the issue we added barge boards to the edge of the roof, this gave the home a lovely rounded off finish which gave a bold atmosphere in its stance.

The project required woodwork and finishes (Painting).

Richwood Aluminium and Glass Installation

Our client wanted to alter the layout of their bedroom to allow for a foldable aluminium and glass door entrance and an aluminium window at the side of the room. This allowed the room to be accessed via the pool area and moved the main light source towards the sunrise.

The project required:
Aluminium and glass work, plaster, and finishing (Painting).

Edgemead Ensuite Bathroom Alteration

Our Client wanted us to alter the look and feel of the main bedroom ensuite bathroom, to do this we altered the layout of the bathroom itself before installing all the upgraded fixtures.

This project required:
Flooring, plaster, aluminium and glass work, and finished the project with modern finishes (Tiling, painting etc).

Edgemead Bathroom Renovation

Our client requested us to smoothen out the travel flow of the bathroom to make it feel less restrictive when moving inside the room and to finish the bathroom with a modern and clean look.

We completely stripped out the old bathroom and closed off the existing plumbing features so we could re-structure the bathrooms layout and upgrade it to a more modern finish, and converted the bathroom into a wet room, allowing the shower to not have glass restricting ones movements.

This project required:
Flooring, fixtures, plumbing work and completing all finishes (Tiling, counters, etc).

Bothasig Isopine Ceiling Alteration

Our client wanted to finish their home renovation by installing a ceiling that was both textured and gave off a clean and finished appeal.

To give them the desired effect we installed Isopine ceilings.

This project required:

Insulation, ceiling, plaster, and finishes (Painting).

Edgemead Isopine Ceiling Alteration

Our client originally had unappealing and non-insulating plastic roof sheeting which was unappealing to the eye and made the rooms temprature uncomfortable. Our solution was to install an Isoprene ceiling to keep the room warm in winter and cool in summer and improve the overall rooms comfort.

This project required:

Insulation, ceiling, plaster, and finishes (Painting)
